First, freeze the cut up fresh fruit pieces on a stainless steel baking sheet, then make the "Coconut Ice". We used "So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk" and a stainless steel Ice Cube tray. This part might be prepared the night before or even days before your event.

1 part Orange Juice
1 part Pineapple Juice
1 part unsweetened Coconut milk
